An eager to grow Sales Representative (B2B SaaS) to join our currently developing sales team as we rapidly grow our platforms and constantly expand to international markets. The right candidate should have hands-on background in sales, "get-things-done" mentality and eager to grow into a very organized firm.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify potential clients in the area / country of responsibility
  • Complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and understand their needs
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails , linked in and set up meetings with stake holders
  • Present our company and services to potential customers and nurture relationships with the goal of booking demos
  • Create and send new offers, do all the follow ups, close the deal
  • Build long term trusting relationships with existing customers and continuously track customers’ health in order to retain them as active customers
  • Identifying and realizing up- and cross selling among existing customers
  • Discuss and understand new requests from active customers, give feedback to the product managers, give solution to the customer.
  • Organize training session when needed and present new functions and releases
  • Work with targets and KPIs
  • Report to the Business Development Manager weekly

Requirements

  • Professional English (speaking / writing)
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable on remote meetings, navigating via telephone, email, social media and demonstrating our platforms.
  • Firm grasp of Ms Office suite amp; spreadsheets
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent working experience as a sales representative 2 years min, SaaS and /or B2B previous experience is desirable
  • Ability to travel abroad for Client Meetings, Expos, Seminars (Post Covid)
  • Experience in Retail and/or E-Commerce sector will be considered as a plus
  • Negotiation skills and hunter mindset
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to stake holders - B/C-level / VP executives
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision with a customer service focus
  • Team Player
  • Professional knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian language will be considered as a plus
  • Interview will be held in English
