We are currently looking for a Head of Performance to lead all digital performance marketing activities across current and future markets of Spotawheel. The Head of Performance will be in charge of shaping and implementing effective marketing campaigns across all digital performance channels, as well as of their execution and optimization. This role is responsible for the business’s day-to-day tactical and strategic operations and also support of sales and marketing analytics in order to drive performance improvements. The position reports directly to the CMO.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement and manage both online and offline marketing programs that will enable the business to meet client acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall goal achievement
  • Build strategies and oversee optimization and measurement of client acquisition, cross-sell initiatives and remarketing in order to deliver incremental sales and enable consumer loyalty
  • Play a major analytical role in tracking and monitoring program performance against the business’s overall goals and objectives
  • Provide performance reports and quote forecasts for all business products, evaluate scenarios for ROI performance and communicate results and recommendations to the CMO and key stakeholders
  • Lead efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodology, analyses and measurement in order to improve the effectiveness of all marketing channels, paid search, programmatic media, modeling, forecasting and analyses
  • Conduct research and analyses guiding the business in the realization of new opportunities and also providing the business with a competitive edge over its competition in terms of client acquisition and retention
  • Define strategic objectives, marketing budgets and success metrics
  • Create tactical execution plans for each marketing channel for the purpose of achieving campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with cross functions in designing tools and features that improve client acquisition and retention
  • Manage assigned departmental budget and spending

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Proven experience of managing a budget of more than 100,000 per month
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics - Advanced user
  • Proficient in formulating SEO and SEM data-driven strategies
  • Deep knowledge of Smart Bidding strategies and attribution modeling
  • Proficient user of English, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Superior organizational as well as people management capabilities
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills are essential
