Job Description

  • Manage, coordinate and maintain business daily agenda, including arrangement of conference and video conferences calls when necessary
  • Perform various administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings and events
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and the employees
  • Prepare presentations, reports, memos and other documents
  • Facilitate internal communication between all executives
  • Suggest effective ways to operate the office daily routine and solve malfunctions
  • Arrange and coordinate business trips
  • Undertake the execute of ad hoc projects that may arise

Requirements

  • Proven similar professional experience of 3 - 5 years within large organisation
  • Bachelor degree preferably in the field of business administration
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
