Enartia is looking for a Technical Support Representative. The best candidate should be passionate, highly motivated, familiar/expert with web hosting, and ambitious about a career in customer service and technical support. This person will join the Support Team, in-house or remotely, in order to enhance the quality of support offered to Enartia’s customers.
Responsibilities:
365 (16/7) Rotated ShiftsProvide assistance and consulting to our customers via Voice, Email and Chat.Own each help request, treating each customer with care, realness, integrity.Document relevant details to help customers and your colleagues with future requests.Target in first contact resolution, if first call resolution cannot be met, properly code trouble tickets for escalation to 2nd level supportProvide customer feedback to Supervisors and Managers in order to improve products, services, and customer satisfactionRequirements
- This is a fast-paced and results-oriented role - you will need to show persistence, calm and control under sometimes stressful conditions
- Ability to understand our customer’s needs and make sure that they have the services that fit for them
- Have strong critical thinking skills and an ability to quickly resolve issues
- Basic understanding of some of the following (domains, email, SSL, DNS, FTP,SMTP, Linux, Apache, HTML, PHP, MySQL.)
- Nice to have familiarity with Plesk, CPanel
