ICT Assistant trainee

The award-winning The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin ResortCosta Navarino are seeking for an ICT Assistant trainee. The successful candidate needs to have organization skills and high ability to multitask.

Being part of our Information and Communication Technology team you will:

• Provide excellent service as ICT help desk, answering incoming calls, collecting requests, delegating work and providing 1st level support to the users.
• Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
• Answer incoming calls, prioritizes issues, works and assigns them to the ICT administrators.
• Departmental Paperwork, filing of checklists and of daily procedures

Requirements

• Be Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science or related field
• Be an excellent communicator in English (written and spoken)
• Have excellent organization and communication skills with high ability to multitask
• Knowledge of voice and data network technologies, general hotel operations, Fidelio/Opera Management System and related ICT would be appr
