QQuant offers end2end Debt Management Services to Greek banks, financial institutions and debt investors, covering the whole spectrum of non-performing asset classes (Retail, SMEs, Corporate, Leasing and REO) across Greece.

We are looking for an inhouse Corporate Portfolios Legal Expert to provide legal consultancy services to the Corporate Relationship Management team on all legal Corporate portfolio matters.
The role has the following responsibilities:
- Review and ensure all legal documentation (terms and conditions) are updated, reflective of business operations and compliant with relevant civil and commercial laws;
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts with our extended range of partners and business units; and
- Conduct legal research and analysis for our business units and partner with them to create solutions that comply with respective corporate, civil and restructuring law requirements.
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- 5 years professional experience as a legal counsel in a business environment or a prominent law firm;
- Bachelor Degree in Law;
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent postgraduate qualification on Civil or Corporate Law will be considered a strong asset;
- Sound knowledge of corporate, civil, restructuring and insolvency law as well as litigation;
- Ability to perform on court hearings before civil court;
- Comfortable working in high pressure environment and on an agile delivery plan; exceptional attention to detail;
- English fluency and strong communicational skills, both verbal and written; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal presentation skills.
