Job Description
We are looking for an iconic Photography Project Coordinator to join efood!
As the Photography Project Coordinator, you will coordinate our photography team’s efforts on a daily basis. You work in a cross-functional, agile environment to help the photography team to grow and meet expectations amp; deadlines by ensuring smooth photoshoots’ scheduling, tackle blockers and ensure asset availability at all times. You will be responsible for the operations of the photography team and everything that it entails to run it successfully.
About the role :
- You oversee and coordinate photography weekly feedback meetings, photography capacity, planning, and execution for both internal projects and those we work on in collaboration with our partners.
- You facilitate general requests for these operations to run as smoothly as possible
- You oversee budgeting and monitoring targets for photoshoots, planning the year ahead
- You lead the global assets operations (long term process of building an assets library for generic images)
- You drive and manage reporting on all the above-mentioned issues
Key Requirements :
- You have excellent organizational amp; communication skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- You have experience in leading a team with a mindset for empowering, motivating, and encouraging personal development.
- You have strong English skills.
