Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the position is responsible for driving the compensation and rewards strategy within the Group’s HR agenda.

What you will do:
- Lead the design and implementation of a Group total rewards strategy
- Prepare and follow through the annual pay and incentives review process
- Manage benefits plans across 23 countries
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and competitiveness of reward practices compared to market trends
- Contribute in or lead HR projects related to rewards as required
- Coordinate HR operations and payroll providers
About you:
- You have worked for at least 2 years in a similar role in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- You have solid knowledge of job evaluation methodology, salary surveys and benchmarking
- You are super confident with MS Excel and have used latest HRMS and collaboration tools
- You can lead projects involving multiple stakeholders within tight timelines
- You have excellent organization and time management skills
- You pay attention to details, enjoy analysis and hands-on work
- You enjoy working in a team and take ownership of your work
- You speak and write fluently Greek and English
- You have a University degree in Business, Math, Statistics, or relevant field
