We are seeking for a Tennis Reception Agent / Tennis -Shop Agent who will be Support the Operations team in ensuring that Tennis Center is showcased as a worldwide center for excellence, innovation, and talent, offering the very best customer services. This high-profile customer facing role will have contact with coaches, members, and guests of all levels on a daily basis and will be delivering excellence in customer service.
Duties and responsibilities:
- -To provide administrative support to operations and other departments as required, multi-tasking requests simultaneously and ensuring a flexible and positive approach to all eventualities.
- - To assist in managing facility bookings from guests in accordance with Tennis Center procedures, to include all financial transactions related to accommodation, court fees and the shop.
- - To provide outstanding and professional customer service to tennis guests, responding quickly with true personal responsibility.
- - To carry out all duties in accordance with the Tennis Center Opening and Closing procedures.
- - To ensure all deliveries are recorded and distributed accurately following to procedures. - To ensure colleagues are kept up to date with bookings, as per Tennis Center SOP’s.
- - To provide accurate information and advice about facilities, services, and programs.
- - To meet and greet visitors and offer refreshments in a professional and timely manner.
- - To inform and advise colleagues promptly of their arriving visitors and guests.
- - To build, manage and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and communication within Costa Navarino and work in partnership with other team members.
- - To be an ambassador for the vision of the Tennis Center both internally and externally by communicating and promoting the vision and direction of Costa Navarino with passion.
- - To make suggestions to improve the working situation within Costa Navarino as a whole.
- - To cooperate with measures introduced to ensure there is Equality of Opportunity.
- - To assist other members of the operations team in tasks as required.
- - Promotion and marketing of all coaches and our tennis services.
- - Ability to restring, re-grip and repair rackets (will be considered a plus)
Requirements
- Professional IT, Microsoft office and Internet skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests of all ages, management, and other staff.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work on own initiative and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Working to deadlines and juggling different priorities.
- English and Greek language skills fluent level compulsory and any other language (will be considered a plus)
