Reporting to the Head of Dealing you will be responsible to monitor the proper functioning of transactions operations and address any occurring issues in a timely manner, maintaining company’s standards. Besides from your advanced numerical and problem solving skills, this role will require from you to be highly accountable and reliable, detail oriented, organized and methodical. Your flexibility together with your adherence to internal and external rules and regulations will be appreciated and allow you to become a trusted business partner. Moreover, your ability to analyze and combine information will be valued and exploited in additional areas of responsibility.


As part of your role, you will be expected to:

  • Monitor systems / platforms to ensure proper functioning of orders’ flow, and take action accordingly (transmit an order, contact the broker via email or telephone, inform technical departments).
  • Take on accountability for several operations such as data checks and reporting, as well as investigation of issues assigned by our Customer Support or Technical Departments, applying database management skills.
  • Ensure that collaborating Departments receive requested information and support in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Receive and transmit orders on behalf of customers, as necessary.

Requirements

Although we are proud to hire for personality, we have also identified the following qualifications as necessary for this role:

  • University Degree, with a concentration in Finance/ Economics or Statistics/ Mathematics. Postgraduate degree will be appreciated.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, SQL).
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience.
  • Any prior experience in Forex trading will be considered a strong asset.
  • A2 Certificate (Reception and Transmission of orders) obtained by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission will be highly desired.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work night shift (00:00-08:00), including public holidays.
  • Availability for long-term commitment.
