Our partner is active in the collection services industry. They are currently growing quite fast and would like to find an IT Officer /SQ: Analyst to support their growth plan. This is a mixed position that balances between Hardware, Software and Report Management using MSSQL and SQL queries.

Mission: The role refers to the Operations Manager and is one of the key positions for the success of the organization. You are a member of the senior management team and are invited to split your time between resolving day-to-day issues to help seamless production, work on reporting to guide the team to make the right decisions, and occasionally look at server, network, CRM issues. and call center issues. It is an organization that relies exclusively on Microsoft solutions and your daily routine will range between 360, CRM, Firewall, new user opening, laptop / PC setup, as well as BI SQL issues and reporting queries of both the Qualco system and simple systems. of the accounting department.

Of course you will not be alone in this. There is an external consultant to support your initial steps and help you with all the relevant material and there is the business manager who will support you in understanding reporting, asking the right queries and creating the right reports.to

Requirements

  • Server and network management and maintenance (hardware amp; software)
  • First contact point for both employees and the external partner for resolving issues or upgrading systems
  • Use SQL / MSSQL to prepare reports according to business needs
  • Support the organization in standardizing reports through the use of SQL and relational tables. About 50 tables on a frequent basis
  • Support the organization in the creation of the monthly excel extraction of data of the accounting accounts, regarding the expenses in cooperation with the management of operations. Create a monthly report of expenses, revenues, KPIs, hours and telephone usage
  • Customer support for the various creations and customizations they may want with the Qualco system.
  • Analysis of the relevant security risks and suggestions / solutions to the external partner and the management of the company in order to increase the security and to avoid the risks
  • Preparation of cost / benefit analysis (cost / Benefit Analysis) for the IT department and creation of a report for the monthly budget against actual expenditure consumption
  • Collaborate with the internal oversight team to define and implement procedures
  • Purchasing of new equipment and integration into the existing infrastructure


Requirements / Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in coordinating a mid-sized IT department, preferably with Microsoft technologies and an expanded hands on role
  • Experience in a call centre environment, especially in collections will be appreciated above
  • BA, BSc or BEng Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Systems
  • Strong knowledge of complex SQL queries. MSSQL and relational databases.
  • Cube reporting knowledge (creation of reports from the database-analytics).
  • Full proficiency in Computer Systems, Internet amp; MS Office Package
  • Good level of English and Greek
  • Knowledge of telephone systems and CRM tools will be preferred
  • Knowledge of IT standards, regulations and procedures in Call Center will be preferred
  • Relevant Knowledge or Experience in the troubleshooting of the telephone call management program (dialer opencomm, modulus, vodafone)
  • Knowledge of the Qualco system will be advantageous
