We are hiring a Head of Content Operations to join the Causaly team to establish and lead editorial function (team, processes and tools), that is going to supercharge the quality of the content we deliver in our platform beyond customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead an editorial team to curate the content for all Causaly product
  • Hire, train and manage the performance of content analysts maximizing their potential
  • Set goals and objectives for the editorial team that are in alignment with the company goals
  • Manage team workload and priorities
  • Define and adapt editorial processes and policies to ensure produced content meets high standards
  • Act as a Product Owner for gathering requirements and development of internal editorial system and tools
  • Work closely and align with stakeholders within Product, Natural Language Processing and Engineering teams maximizing the synergy between the teams
  • Set clear timelines and KPI for the team and report back to the Head of Product on the progress

Requirements

Minimal Qualifications

  • MSc in Biomedical sciences
  • 4+ years of experience in editorial function curating content for Life Science business domain (biology, pharma)
  • Proven experience in managing ontologies and dictionaries
  • Experience to build and lead content teams
  • Proven track record of implementing editorial processes and tools

Prefered Qualification

  • PhD in Biomedical sciences
  • 4+ years of experience as a team lead of an editorial team within major Life Science business
  • Previous experience with Natural Language Processing would be an advantage
