Skroutz Last Mile is running fast.

Our vision is to revolutionize the eCommerce Last Mile experience in Greece and become a prominent reason for the end to end consumer experience through Skroutz. Our mission is to manage and distribute Skroutz Marketplace orders.

We provide the necessary technical tools in order to manage the fleet and deliver the orders to all Skroutz users quickly and efficiently.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You successfully act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records) and updating internal databases. You have experience with HR procedures and juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Ultimately, you are able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Examples of your daily tasks

  • Organize and prepare shift schedules
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or annual leave)
  • Handle HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Provide relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Participate in various HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair or internal event)

Requirements

Skills amp; Experience

Experience

  • 1+ year proven experience as HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • BA in Business or relevant field, preferably combined with MSc in HR
  • Knowledge of payroll and ERGANI administration is considered a strong plus

Skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
  • High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting sensitive and confidential information
