What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Marketplace team. Our Marketplace Support team operates 7/7 (8 hours/shift on rotation, night shifts excluded), in order to timely handle incoming operational issues that our customers might face while using Skroutz Cart.
Here at Skroutz, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, which means that we try to get things right for them first time, every time. Our Marketplace team strives to make our customer's journey with us something we're proud of.
