What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Support Account Manager to join our Account Managers team.
Here at Skroutz, the Account Managers Team ensures client satisfaction and they are the point of contact for all our customers. They manage, process/ reply to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints. They also provide support on commercial amp; technical oriented issues in order to help e-shops optimize their presence in skroutz.gr.


What We Want You To Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of Clients
  • Deal with all customer support aspects of an e-shop participating in Skroutz.gr
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with the clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of new solutions according to company's objectives
  • Participates in continued education on new products and improved sales techniques
  • Generate new business by using an existing network of industry contacts according to the commercial team strategic planning

Requirements

What Skills and Experience You Will Need:

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two (2) years of prior experience in Client Support and/or in Account Management in eCommerce environment
  • Familiarity with Internet and new technologies
  • Familiarity with CRM system environment

Skills

  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Excellent business communication skills both orally and verbally
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Experienced in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
