Operations Lead (part-time, remote)

Job Description
We support cancer patients throughout their journey, with interactive online platforms that help them improve their quality of life based on the latest research amp; scientific evidence.
In parallel, we work with the industry in order to (a) accelerate cancer research (b) help understand patients’ experiences amp; challenges, and (c) build services that empower patients in amp; out of the hospital.
This is where you come in: we are looking for someone on a part-time basis, who will help improve our services to patients and the industry through activities like the following:
- Data analytics (e.g. identifying issues amp; opportunities)
- Metrics and reporting (e.g. periodic reviews, and improvement plans)
- Distribution of content (e.g. newsletter campaign management)
- Platforms management (e.g. new service design amp; deployment).
While the position is currently on a part-time basis, it may evolve into a Full-Time position, with broader responsibility.
We are flexible regarding the location and working hours (you can work pretty much from anywhere, at anytime).
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of work experience in the following:
- Productivity tools (especially Excel amp; Google docs/spreadsheets)
- Databases (ideally PostgreSQL but knowledge of SQL may suffice)
- Newsletter tools (ideally Sendgrid)
- Solid understanding of technology (e.g. HTML)
We also expect excellent communications skills (in English) and familiarisation with remote working tools.
