About the role

As the Sales Development Manager you will develop business in the Greek market by using effective sales strategies. You will target major accounts and be responsible about delivering the best-in-class execution in trade for the brand. You will work closely with the distribution channel in order to ensure smoothness in retail and wholesales network.


In this role you will:
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts and build a long term, trustful business relationship
  • Conduct market research, and engrave the course on market orientation and sales strategies
  • Keep track of the competition, market growth and potential
  • Drive expansion of distribution channel in key cities and key segments by identifying direct and indirect opportunities for business development
  • Perform regular and structured market visits in both existing and new accounts in order to evaluate and improve distributor execution and ensure that the sales force has resources to deliver maximum results
  • Manage all the business agreements aligned with GDPR compliance
  • Inspire and motivate the client service team in order to exceed targets
  • Predict upcoming distributional needs and customers’ expectations
  • Be actively involved in new product launches
  • Strive to maximize profit by using perfectly suitable sales techniques

Requirements


  • Academic background in Business Administration or any other related academic field
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Development professional ideally within Wamp;S or FMCG industry
  • Excellent command of English language - French is a strong plus
  • Availability to travel up to 70% of full time
  • Culture of excellence and dynamic creativity

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work issues
