Experienced Tennis Coach

• Deliver a quality and fun coaching program to both adults and children of all abilities.
• Ensure health and safety to the highest standard both on and off the courts.
• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service, leading by example.
• Promote the tennis program and actively aim to increase participation (In-house marketing actions)
• Responsible for the maintenance, repair and security of Tennis Center facilities/equipment and the satisfactory appearance of the sites.
• Ensure tennis supplies are well monitored and stocked and inform the Tennis Manager promptly when orders are required.
• Filling and hand over all the required documents and report forms in a weekly basis.
• Help organize and host social events and generally interact with guests at all times.
• Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests using the tennis equipment each day.
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by the Tennis manager. Ex. (tennis reception)

Requirements

• National or International Certification as a tennis coach. (PTR - LTA or equivalent)
• Speak English fluently (any other language will be considered a plus)
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Strong playing skills and at least 5 years’ experience needed.
• High level of energy and ability to motivate players and other coaches.
• Ability to maintain good relations with guests, members and fellow coaches.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management skills including a working knowledge of tournament
  organization at performance level.
• Desire to work hard and strive to become a better tennis coach and professional.
