About Endeavor Insight

The Endeavor Insight team, Endeavor’s internal consulting and research arm, seeks to drive Endeavor’s growth by:

  • Demonstrating high-impact entrepreneurship’s potential to drive job creation and economic growth;
  • Influencing the public policy discourse to improve conditions for high-impact entrepreneurs; and,
  • Proving Endeavor’s impact using financial and economic metrics.

Examples of past projects conducted by Endeavor Insight Global:

  • Mapping connections among hundreds of entrepreneurs in several U.S. cities, Istanbul, Buenos Aires, East Africa and South Asia, studies which have received media attention in top newspapers worldwide;
  • Diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of entrepreneurial ecosystems and leading roundtable discussions with entrepreneurship stakeholders in Japan;

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct interviews with highly successful entrepreneurs across the Greek market
  2. Conduct case study research of entrepreneurs and their companies
  3. Retrieve data from online sources and create reports and infographics
  4. Develop narratives around analysis for presentation to internal and external parties in both written and visual formats

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of work experience with a strong academic record and an interest in research
  • Strong copyright skills
  • Experience conducting interviews
  • Capable of analyzing data and drawing conclusions
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoys interviewing others and collecting data
  • Passion for economic development and Endeavor's mission
