Junior PMO / Junior Project Manager

ENCODE is seeking for a Junior PMO/Project Manager to work on complex cyber security projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. The individual will lead and provide project management expertise to functional project teams and will participate in cross-functional initiatives. As a PMO/Project Manager, you must have the ability to represent the organization to customers and also to be able to exercise significant independent judgment within broadly project / program / portfolio management best practices to determine best approach for accomplishing work and achieving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve the established Project Governance Structure
• Provide Management Reports
• Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning in coordination with Line Managers
• Manage large/complex cyber security projects through the full life-cycle whilst taking ownership for risk, planning and budget
• Manage the day-to-day aspects of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interest
• Drive decisions, escalations, and conflict resolution with neutral, approachable, data-driven communication
• Serve as primary point of contact for the project sponsor
• Create and maintain relevant project documents to share with stakeholders that will support project’s successful completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or relevant field
• Master’s degree in Business or IT Management will be considered as a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in project management in the Information Security or IT sector
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project / MS Project Server
• CRM (Salesforce) understanding amp; PowerBI (DAX) knowledge will be considered as a plus
• PMP Certification (or equivalent) will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Ability to present ideas in context, which can be understood both by technical amp; business users
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
