Main Tasks:
- Responsible for growth of existing FMC customers’ base via end-to-end design and execution of NGA/FTTH/ Mobile Upsell upgrade campaign and offering as campaign owner
- Liaise with Fixed/Household/Mobile product teams to formulate a clean upselling dialogue in Fixed and Mobile Flows
- Main contact person with our sales partners for relevant initiatives; Support and educate our sales partners with continuous communication
- Contributor in new acquisition, taking over operational aspects like offering and strategic aspects like limited promos
- Responsible for maintaining the right balance between production volumes and average value, safeguarding a healthy development of FMC base
- Responsible for building the required analysis for regular business monitoring and forecast
- Provide strong decision support and robust recommendations based on data-driven analysis, executing high-profile analysis, and delivering data narratives
- Identify insights to further accelerate development, i.e. churners, low bandwidth subscribers; quickly turn insights into Sales
- Guarantee impeccable execution with maximum level of CEX
- Sharing insights with the rest acquisition teams (Fixed, Mobile)
- Analyze market and perform competition analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration with all involved departments across organization for the proper delivery and support of services
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing preferably in the field of CRM/CVM
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated knowledge of SPSS Modeler
- Knowledge of telecoms industry is an advantage
- Marketing-oriented with good sales notion amp; business acumen
- Experience in marketing campaign environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Engineering
- Postgraduate studies on Marketing/Statistics will be considered a strong plus
- Computer literacy with very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills
- Good understanding of financials
- Very good English language skills
- Team player, as team comes above all!
