Platform Owner (Transaction Switching Systems)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the lifecycle of the Transaction Switching System platform of the company and its services to the customers
• Responsible for orderly platform operations, its related initiatives and projects, and the communication with the platform vendors
• Responsible for the platform tasks:
  • Operations SLA and performance KPIs
  • Capacity planning
  • High availability
  • New releases
  • New features development
  • Acceptance tests
  • Incident resolution
  • Technical customer support
  • Manage the daily operations of the platform

• Responsible for the delivery of the Technical Specifications of new platform features
• Maintain and coordinate the day to day relationship with any technology partners and vendors
• Work with prospective and existing clients to identify enhancements/additional functionality for products

Requirements

Skills amp; Experience

• 2 - 5 years’ experience in an IT related field
• Experience in the payment industry, especially in electronic transactions environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred
• Analytical and project management skills
• Fluent in written Greek and English
• Experience in card transactions (issuing acquiring) environment through professional involvement will be highly appreciated
• Good Knowledge of Linux, Oracle, SQL and System Administration will be an asset
