Key Customer Care Officer

• Support all incoming requests from Key Customers
• Planning and coordination of Key Customers program rollout executions
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to Customer needs and objectives
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of Key Customers support needs and requirements
• Operating as the lead contact point for BAU issues specific to Key Customers
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with Key Customer for day to day operation
• Provide Key Customers reporting
• Champions improvement initiatives

Requirements

Skills

• Experience to relative positions at least 2 years
• Excellent customer service skills (listening, resolving conflict, analyze information, quality focus, problem solving ect)
• Looks after the improvement of existing methods and systems used to service requests and resolution of various types of enquiries
• Strong team working ability
• Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
• Experience in bank/card business and payment services
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Knowledge of SAP will be valued as an advantage
• Fluency in English
• Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
