Job Description

  • Support all 2nd level Technical Customer issues, end to end
  • Liaise with Product teams to find permanent solutions to issues/problems
  • Monitors technical training amp; alignment of vendor staff
  • Assists vendor as second level support
  • Contributes technically to the launch of new products and services
  • Proposes technical enhancements for services and products to stay current and relevant to
  • Supports the day to day operations of the products, services and platforms to ensure issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner to meet obligations
  • Champions improvement initiatives
  • Cooperates with other colleagues on issues and processes that require cross functional cooperation Projects
  • Participates in projects as a team member or leads projects as an accountable owner, contributing time, skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in relevant positions for at least 2 years
  • Strong Empathy and Customer-centricity skills
  • Self-Organization Skills
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent customer service skills (listening, resolving conflict, analyze information, quality focus, problem solving etc)
  • Strong team working ability
  • Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Relevant experience to Fintech industry will be considered as an asset, as well as previous experience in bank/card business.
