Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contact Product Qualified Customer Leads for nurturing and education
  • Customer requests fulfillment (channel agnostic)
  • First Contact Resolution accountability
  • 2nd level assignment resolution accountability
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to Customer request and process.
  • Champions improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in relative positions for at least 2 years
  • Experience in digital sales support positions will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent Customer Care skills (listening, resolving conflict, analyze information, focus on quality, problem solving)
  • Looks after the improvement of existing methods and systems used to service requests and resolution of various types of enquiries
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of accountability
  • Strong team working ability
  • Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in payment services will be considered as an asset
