Butler Service ensures that unique preferences are understood and addressed flawlessly.

Our Ionian Exclusive Butler will be ready to be of service seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and create guests’ unforgettable memories.

Being part of our Ionian Exclusive team, you will:

  • Ensure a maximum guest experience for the Ionian Exclusive guests by handling requirements and wishes under the guidance of the Team’s Manager.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure maximum guest experience.
  • Create an unforgettable holiday experience for the Ionian Exclusive guests and establish a base for a regularly returning clientele.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a people person with enviable and documented customer service skills.
  • Have 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in Guest Relations, Front office, Housekeeping team leader role in a 5* hotel.
  • Famp;B knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English. German and Russian will be a plus, together with Arabic.
  • Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests.
  • Be a great communicator who allures guests from all over the world.
  • Have unflappable temperament and professional integrity.
  • Be an inspiring team player.
  • Have computer skills and knowledge of Opera software system.
  • Have impeccable cooperation, attention to detail, inspiration, and organizational skills.
