About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Communications Designer Intern with fresh ideas and an excellent eye for detail to join our Marketing amp; Communications team, within the People Operations function.
This 6-month internship is a fantastic opportunity to get a great first experience in marketing and communications and learn how to interact with different stakeholders, having also the possibility to be hired for a full-time role after contract completion. You will report directly to the Marketing amp; Communications Manager and work closely with all the other team members.
Through this opportunity, you will help build from scratch and influence our team’s global brand identity while working in a fast-paced international environment. You will report directly to the Marketing amp; Communications Manager and work closely with all the other stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design clear engaging graphic communications for digital and print media; social media assets, content marketing, and web graphics, sales materials, infographics, and other ad-hoc marketing materials as required
- Assist with storytelling and creation of internal communication materials ranging from presentations for key organizational and customer meetings to visionary product demos for current and new product experiences for use in a range of mediums (i.e. presentations, videos, commercials, company events)
- Understand our team's vision and translate the message and content into visual communications
- Support style guides creation to inspire and excite internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field with solid academic performance
- 0-1+ years experience
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
- Solid interest and passion in crafting digital visual communications and storytelling in presentations (i.e. decks), product demonstrations and other mediums (video production experience
- Knowledge of a number of communications approaches such as presentations, illustration, storyboards and audio/visual communications
- Excellent verbal communications and writing skills
- Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork and communications skills
- Passionate for crafting compelling and engaging content
