About the role

As we continue to grow and expand our resources and ability to deliver high end services, we are now looking to recruit an experienced lawyer for our tax law team.

As a member of our tax law team you will:

• contribute your tax expertise in a wide variety of financial and corporate law transactions;
• provide tax advice as regards a variety of taxes mainly in relation to legal persons and entities;
• have the opportunity to actively participate and contribute in the expansion of the tax law practice in one of the leading Greek law firms;
• be given the opportunity to become acquainted with other fields of law;
• acquire experience in the legal aspects of a wide field of pioneering business transactions.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• integrity, understanding of the significance of tax policy for the welfare of society;
• at least 10 to 15 years of working experience as a tax lawyer in Greek tax law;
• experience in tax in the context of financial and corporate transactions;
• interest in participating in the expansion of a small and flexible tax team with a hands-on approach;
• excellent interpersonal and people management skills;
• exceptional attention to detail;
• continuous learning and development mindset;
• excellent command of English;
• good knowledge of VAT law and litigation experience in tax matters will be a significant plus.
