STRADIGI CONSULTING on behalf of its client, a major Toys Manufacturer, is looking to recruit an Digital / eCommerce Director to lead the organisation’s digital transformation.
Accountabilities
- Support the organisation’s top management in the creation of a Digital amp; eCommerce Strategy for B2B and indirect B2C for the next 3 years
- Build a strong eCommerce Team by identifying and recruiting relevant talent in order to meet the needs of the organisation
- Own and Execute the B2C eCommerce strategy via third party eRetailers (existing and new)
- Manage the relationship with all eRetailers
- Project manage the development of a B2B eCommerce Platform
- Manage the relationship with digital technology vendors
- Execute the B2B eCommerce strategy and deliver significant growth of online sales
- Own the eCommerce Pamp;L of the organisation
- Define, own, observe and report to upper management all relevant KPIs
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve joint online and offline business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce with Pamp;L ownership
- 360 knowledge of Digital, including strategy, go to market, marketing, online sales, performance optimization, reporting
- University Degree in Business or Digital
- Strong Communication and influencing skills (with colleagues, vendors, customers and management)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong ownership skills and flexibility
- Analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Critical thinking combined with a problem solving attitude
- Good grasp of financial data
- Experience in offline Sales will be a plus
