Requirements

The role

As an HR Coordinator you will be supporting with day-to-day operations and assigned tasks of the HR Department, maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality amp; commitment. Among others, you will be responsible for all administration activities, related to HR documentation amp; Information systems, the hiring amp; training process, onboarding set up amp; employee benefits.

The role is based in Gerakas, Athens HQs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR team members with all internal and external HR related inquiries, meetings, and ad-hoc requests
  • Assist in the arrangement and implementation of training sessions amp; recruitment process
  • Maintain and organize copies of employees' records
  • Help coordinate and track the employee benefits records and administer their allocation on a monthly basis
  • Organize and maintain the HRIS to ensure an easily retrievable system for all colleagues
  • Maintain and update potentially sensitive information, ensuring compliance and confidentiality, in sync with HR team members
  • Act as a complementary point of contact for employees needing to escalate/resolve HR issues
  • Contact HR Department providers, as required, as well as assist in administering HR related Purchase Orders, for invoicing/ payments
  • Assist in organizing HR and office activities for employees
  • Support office management in ad hoc tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business/Management related field. Postgraduate degree in HR will be considered as an asset
  • At least 1 year of experience within an HR department
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel amp; Powerpoint)
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Greek and English; ability to communicate with all levels of employees, candidates and third party vendors
