The role

As the Commercial Execution Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of customers' proposals starting from the inception of the proposal and the production of supporting material for sales purposes (presentations, business cases, RFP’s etc.) You interact closely with the sales force with the purpose of assisting them in securing new projects, with technical product teams in order to analyze the complexity and feasibility of proposals, and with the operational teams acting as the subject matter expert of the specific proposal. You work on proposals that cover both VAS and non-VAS products as well as other supporting services.

The position reports to the Commercial Execution Director and is based in Athens, Greece.

Key Accountabilities

Sales Support

  • Act as first point of contact for Commercial Execution/ Pre-Sales for the region(s) and manage the production of Pre-Sales material.
  • Accurately create content and design team briefs when required.
  • Develops outstanding Microsoft presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collect all relevant data to produce forecasting business cases.
  • Build and maintain repository of product pitch templates, both high level and detailed collateral.
  • Prepare customer references and case studies.
  • Reply to customers following requests for information (RFIs) and proposal request (RFPs)
  • Localization of sales pitches: localize central sales pitches to appeal to a regional audience, thorough understanding of local business, consumer behavior, and cultural norms.
  • Market amp; Competitive Intelligence: perform an analysis with the goal to track what goes on in each market and what the competition is doing.
  • Monitor regional sales pipeline in conjunction with regional sales targets.

Requirements

  • Technology and/or Marketing background, MBA degree considered a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in working with sales, to help define/refine sales messages and collateral as well as supporting sales in pitches. Experience in marketing and delivering B2B solutions is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of competitors and ability to explain competitive differentiators.
  • Advanced experience in tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
  • Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic industry.
  • Fluent English (mandatory), French or Portugueuse would be a plus.
  • Understanding of value-added services, mobile market and technologies, mobile operator business model and challenges.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in Adobe suite i.e Illustrator and Photoshop etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with Customer Loyalty amp; Retention Programs will be considered as a plus.
