Navenio are looking for an enthusiastic, deadline driven, experienced Front End Developer to join our innovative development team.

While our main office is based in Oxford, England, we are building our second office based in Greece. With the option to work remotely from home, we may also open an office in Athens once it is safe to do so.

The Front-End Developer role would suit a problem solving person with an entrepreneurial style.

An excellent team player is required with an ability and passion to learn new things and apply new technologies.

Using skills with JavaScript and React you’ll be working on various projects using our innovative indoor location technology.

Requirements

This role requires an experienced Front End Developer, with the ability to take on responsibility within projects. There will be the opportunity to lead projects and progress. Given the level of the role it will not suit a junior level developer and the successful applicant will have strong commercial experience.

• Commercial experience with Typescript and extensive knowledge of JS latest standards
• Experience with React
• Extensive knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Great team player with excellent communication skills and work ethic
• Ability to design efficient and reusable solutions to solve complex web application’s problems
• Excellence in and working proficiency of English; written and spoken

Desirable:

• Good understanding of NodeJS and ability to implement and design REST APIs
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Exposure to Git, testing frameworks and continuous integration
• Experience working with agile project management
• Proven ability to deliver commercial software to deadlines
