Job Description

OKTO is looking for a young, sharp candidate, to act as a Presales Manager reporting to our Director of Gaming Solutions while working closely with the commercial and the product teams in order to maximize the potential of our sales through product pitches for clients and explain what our company can provide and how our products can help. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate his/her strong experience in the Gaming industry as well as powerful and persuasive presentation skills.


Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:


  • Providing support on products and related functions to sales team, at client meetings, and on conference calls, while performing pre demo needs analysis.
  • In house demo room set up and preparations for in house client demo.
  • Presales and sales material preparation, including Product descriptions and manuals.
  • Collecting client requirements and gaining mutual understanding of customer needs followed by positioning ideal product solutions to resolve these needs.
  • Working with the Sales team to exploit the commercial opportunities for our range of products, while collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements to customer proposals.
  • Building and maintaining repository of product pitch templates, both high level and detailed collateral.
  • Acting as project manager for all presales projects ensuring on time, within budget and to the agreed specification delivery.
  • Positioning our products against the competition while performing in depth study of competitive solutions and identifying Pros and Cons .
  • Reporting progress and issues to the Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • BSc and/or MSc preferably in Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in Gaming Industry
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to travel abroad.
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deal with volume pressures in your workload
  • excellent command skills of written and spoken Greek and English languages
  • excellent computer skills (especially excel and power point)
