We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer to join our Viva Bank Operations team. The successful candidate will provide support related to the lending activities of Viva Bank to merchants.
More specifically, as Loan Officer, you will:
- Review and check all lending contractual documents;
- Daily processing of drawdown, rollover, repayment, prepayment and all aspects of the loan processing area and other related facilities;
- Perform various reconciliations;
- Monitor collaterals and prompt repayments;
- Claim and collect all fees and interest relating to the above products;
- Review and update related procedures on a regular basis;
- Provide solutions to operational problems and suggest improvement to the workflow;
- Support other tasks as requested by the team's manager;
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant proven experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a relevant field
- Experience in Business loans to merchants will be highly appreciated
- Comprehensive knowledge of Loan administration and documentation;
- Multitasking, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent use of the English Language
