Role and Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Own and coordinate all payroll related processes;
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, preparation of relevant reports;
HR systems management;
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and issues;
Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies;
Benefits administration - handle all benefit compensations;
Skills and Qualifications
Previous professional experience in a HR Generalist / HR BP / Comp. & Ben. role (2-4 years);
Previous experience in payroll related processes;
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws;
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
Previous exposure in HRIS systems (Workday will be considered an asset);
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (minimum experience with pivot tables and various functions such as sumif, vlookup etc.);
Excellent communication and people skills;
Analytical thinking;
Willing to take initiatives and perform his/her daily job with autonomy;
Self-motivated and open to new challenges;
Proficient in English and Greek languages;
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
