ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an Administration Officer.

Location: Koropi

Working Model: On-site

You will be reporting to: Administration Manager

What you will do:

The role’s mission is to support the coordination of Administration projects across the countries and regions of operation, in meeting all professional standards.

More specifically:

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures within the company, at Country amp; Project levels. Update and disseminate policy changes as needed.
  • Liaise with Administration personnel in all countries of operation to document, monitor, and update information in online systems.
  • Oversee corporate Administration documents such as Administration Processes, Procedures, Work Instructions, and KPIs updating respective databases and ensuring accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the line Manager in monitoring Administration primary activities.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Support any type of Administration task and/or emergency at Country/Project level, as required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role as well as an understanding of corporate governance and business operations.
  • Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office apps, particularly in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and IMS systems.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective inter-departmental communication as well as with service providers and vendors.
  • Planning and Coordination: Ability to contribute to planning and ensure alignment of departmental activities with corporate objectives.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Aptitude for identifying and resolving complex administrative issues.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic corporate environment.
