Project Lead Engineer

LMW is seeking a dynamic and experienced ProjectLead Engineer, experienced in wood fabrication, on behalf of a leading company specialized in the production and delivery of luxury custom made yacht interiors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all engineering project phases - develop and manage project schedule and work plan to deliver workshop drawings and integration drawings (MEP, Ventilation, FF, etc.)
• Assist outsourcing engineering during design and construction to resolve technical queries and interface issues- supervise schedules and work
• Assist PM in the resolution of various project-related issues with the client
• Review weekly/monthly reports on status and progress changes
• Attend client (designer/yard) meetings as requested and act as primary engineering coordination interface with client and site to ensure that the client’s expectations are met
• Meet with 3D design Engineers in design teams to guide them and help them understand design requirements and lead the 3D transition engineering design
• Deliver to the yard data sheets, specs, reports, certifications and AS BUILT drawings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
• 3+ years working experience in Interior Fit-out company and knowledge of wood fabrication
• Working experience in 2D AutoCAD software
• Good communicative skills in English, both written and spoken
