Manifest Services SA is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and controlling project-related finances
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and design intent are met
- Oversee procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment
- Perform regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage and coordinate all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
- Communicate and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide project updates and address any issues
- Resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety on construction sites
Requirements
- Master degree in Civil Engineering, Architect or Construction Management, or related field
- At least 5 years experience as a Head of Construction on-site, with a successful track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- At least 5 years experience as Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
