KORRESis looking for a dynamic, self-motivatedAccounting Assistant to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Check and register accounting documents / expenses / purchases
- Register all accounting transactions and monitor bank accounts / credit cards
- Reconcile accounts payable amp; receivable
- Handle and complete vat declarations, withholding taxes, detailed periodic statements
- Maintain e-books ( MY DATA)
- Secure and reconcile storage records
- Keep timetables
- Implement monthly closing operations and financial results
- Participate to monthly and annual audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting or finance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Ability to handle important amp; confidential information
- Verbal amp; written communication skills
- Organization skills, time management skills amp; team spirit
- Excellent Knowledge of Computer (MS Office, Outlook, SAP)
- Very good Knowledge of English
- Certified Accounting (A Class)
