ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia )and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally-friendly power generation process.
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team headquartered at our central offices in Marousi, Attica. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring and execution of the company's digital marketing plan. This includes co-managing the company's digital channels, social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives. The goal of this role is to increase the company's online presence, engage with customers and prospects, and drive leads and sales.
What you will do:
- Assist in the implementation of the company's digital marketing plan
- Co-manage the company's digital channels and ensure they are optimized for search engines and UX
- Monitor Google Analytics for all company’s digital assets
- Implement and analyze email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and/or potential customers
- Analyze and report the company's social media ad accounts
- Conduct regular digital market research to update digital ad campaigns
- Co-manage website's CMS
- Co-manage social media platforms and implement social media strategy
- Assist in conducting regular website and digital acquisition analysis to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Participate in conducting SEO technical audits and suggest fixes
- Assist in creating SEO and SEM campaigns, in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives
- Prepare presentations upon request
What you will need in order to succeed:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or other related field
- Digital Marketing Diploma or Certification
- A Master’s Degree will be considered a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience and proven track record of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media platforms, CMS management, and email marketing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
