ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an American Consumer Health Company, is seeking to recruit a Junior Accounting Associate for its operations in Greece.
Location: Mandra
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Working Model : Hybrid ( 3 days on premises 2 days remote working )
Contract : 1-year contract, with the perspective of renewal
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Execute payments to Local Authorities, employees, ad hoc etc. and provide accurate coding
- Ensure the financial data is correct and complete, and keep an eye on cost centers and general ledger accounts
- Handle daily requests from different departments
- Review and analyze transactions, reconcile any differences
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences
- Computer literacy with keen knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Professional Certifications or seminars in the field of accounting will be considered as an asset
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to multi-task and ensure the adherence to strict deadlines
- Attention to detail
