ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf ofour client, is seeking a Sales Representative.

Working Model: Hybrid

Working Hours: 08:00-16:30 (including 30-minute lunch break)

You will be reporting to: Sales Director amp; General Manager

What you will do:

The purpose of this role is to manage prospective, new, and existing business customers and thus achieving company targets within an assigned market segment.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with existing and new customers
  • Manages client business needs and maintains long term relationship while maximizing sales opportunities within them
  • Generates leads for new and existing customers and performs sales activities in a structured manner
  • Performs regular presentations of new products to satisfy customer needs, requirements and expectations
  • Prepares financial proposals and presents them to clients
  • Negotiates terms and conditions for every agreement and proposal
  • Collaborates with the Sales Director to develop sales strategies for assigned market segments
  • Works toward achieving regular sales targets
  • Coordinates sales projects and collaborates with other sales members
  • Prepares reports periodically and presents them to the Management

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, ideally in the paper amp; cardboard industry or printing press industry.
  • Good business sense and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
  • Ability to write reports and proposals
  • High level of social and negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with clients
  • Fluency in English.
