The impact of the role:
The Marketing amp; Communications Specialist will be responsible for establishing and elevating our brand, telling our story and increasing awareness of our solutions to drive growth. You will be supporting our marketing efforts and initiatives including Internal, External Communications amp; Employer Branding.
On a given day, a Marketing amp; Communications Specialist will:
- Support in developing the company’s marketing strategy, and enhance its brand position.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, by creating intuitive content monitoring community engagement, and tracking performance.
- Deploy marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Build strategic relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, agencies, etc).
- Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and other promotional activities to showcase the company's offerings and thought leadership.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Support internal communications efforts, including employee internal channels, town halls, company announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Map and monitor the company’s competition and stay up to date with best practices in the industry.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Deep understanding of marketing mediums amp; channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Proven copywriting skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
