The ideal Candidate:
- Monitors budget performance on a periodic basis to ensure all operations are within budget.
- Manages data analysis and provide accurate, timely and valuable monthly/annual reports to CEO and management teams.
- Is involved in the annual budget preparation and its revision
- Coordinates local accounting teams to secure reporting deadlines are met.
- Communicates on a monthly with the general managers of the hotels to identify risks and opportunities in time.
- Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and assure implementation and use to improve business performance.
Requirements
Qualifications amp; Skills:
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- University degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts).
- Strong finance, analytical and accounting skills.
- Very good operational and problem-solving skills, accompanied by a hands-on approach.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
- Familiarity with Entersoft ERP will be considered an asset.
