Accountant

for the newJW Marriott(opening 2025).

(The position is based inChania)

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting operations and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Records and files operating expenses documents / cash inflows and outflows / fixed assets

• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Reconcils balancies with suppliers
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Ensures legislation is followed regarding all Hotel related legal issue

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience (in the hopsitality industry is considered a plus)
• Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Professionalism and integrity
