Our Team is expanding, and we are looking for a Reservation Agent, who is passionate about supporting customers and has a strong achievement drive for our SIXT Division.
You will be called to:
· Handle inbound calls and email inquiries from customers
· Meet Department goals and encourage vehicle upgrades
· Handle customer reservations
· Provide excellent customer support handling diverse customer requests and complaints
Requirements
Who you are:
· Passionate about supporting clients with a Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years of relevant experience in a call center or a customer support center
· An excellent communicator in both Greek amp; English, any other language will be considered an asset
· Experience with the MS Office Suite
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
· An individual with a transformative mindset and flexibility to work in shifts
