Role amp; Responsibilities
What will your purpose be within the Company amp; what will you be responsible for?
- Empowering organizations to define goals and strategic pillars, create value, maximize growth, optimize people and operational effectiveness and improve business performance
- Guiding executive teams to determine their yearly OKRs (Objectives amp; Key Results) to achieve sustainable long-term growth and the respective Operational Goals and KPIs to ensure and maintain short and mid-term business stability
- Enabling teams to align and define team-level OKRs to ensure optimal strategy execution
- Handling a diverse range of tasks that ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our business
- Providing support to altoValue Consultants by ensuring that all interactions between the Company and external parties are positive and productive
- Planning, organizing, and participating in webinars, workshops, and meetings held with clients
- Effectively preparing business proposals and presentations
- Creating and curating OKRs-related content to support altoValue’s visibility
- Providing project management assistance by monitoring progress, and handling any arising issues
- Maintaining and preparing operational documents and reports
Requirements
What do you bring to the Company?
- 7-10+ years of working experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility (e.g., Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Project Management)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or related area - MBA is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Conversant with common business software - project management tools and digital platforms
- Knowledgeable about Performance Management System tools and processes
- Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects
- Experience in OKRs (Objectives amp; Key Results) methodology and Management Consulting will be considered as a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain strong inter-personal and professional relationships and to influence others
- Deliver projects in a timely and effective manner within a scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
- Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking
