Job Description
At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our UniQue team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of information systems, ensuring alignment with business needs within specified cost, time, and quality parameters
- Propose project strategies, plans, tasks, and deliverables, while ensuring quality control, risk management, and effective organization
- Guide and support the software development team, ensuring the quality of deliverables
- Participate in functional working groups, and progress meetings, and collaborate with the client’s Project/Product Manager
- Estimate project costs, timescales, and resource requirements, preparing and maintaining project and quality plans
- Monitor and take corrective action on costs, timescales, and resource deviations from agreements
- Lead change control procedures and gain agreement for project revisions from sponsors
- Provide effective leadership, ensuring team motivation, skill development, and adherence to engineering best practices and Agile/DevOps
- Accountable for CI/CD implementation, managing the product/iteration backlog, and establishing/maintaining Project/Development Plans
- Oversee Release Management, scheduling, managing, and coordinating releases for applications
- Regularly improve the release process and proactively manage risks, resolving issues regarding release quality and schedule
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- University degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project management of IT software development and maintenance projects, and software product lifecycle management.
- Good knowledge of at least one Agile Project Management methodology (e.g. DevOps, Scrum, Agile Practitioner)
- Experience with Agile Project Management standards, methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Business Analysis
- Proven experience with quality procedures
- Experience with Stakeholder management
- Technical understanding and practical knowledge of CI/CD
- Good technical knowledge of the project aspects
- Practical knowledge of reporting methods
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings
- Experience with giving presentations
- Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability
- xcellent use of the English language (verbal amp; written)
