SAP Project Manager

IKH is a leading Software amp; Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew by more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manages IT projects so that they are delivered within the defined schedule, having applied good practices regarding Analysis, Implementation, Control (Unit, Functional, Acceptance Test), and the transition to production Operation,
• Acts as a link between IT and Business to ensure the provision of required services.
• Coordinates resources to meet deliverables, identify interdependencies, resolve conflicts, and achieve project goals in a collaborative environment.
• Organizes the management of the Product Backlog and coordinates the implementation of Agile practices in order to regularly deliver according to the priorities that have been set.
• Informs the interested parties about the risks and important issues of the project and coordinates their management steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in project management in IT and SAP projects.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and IT infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow etc.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other systems
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• SAP certifications or relevant IT certifications would be beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within the manufacturing sector is a plus.
