Job purpose:
As a Growth Hacker at our company, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing growth strategies that enhance our brand's online presence, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and analytics teams to experiment with new growth hacks, analyze data, and optimize performance across all channels.
Duties and responsibilities
- · Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to acquire new users and retain existing ones.
- · Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to track performance and identify areas for growth and optimization.
- · Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve user experience.
- · Knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- · Analyze customer behavior to tailor personalized marketing strategies.
- · Regularly monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives to stakeholders.
- · Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Required skills and qualications.
- · Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business analysis, Mathematics or Economics
- · 5+ years of proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Performance Marketing, or similar role in a digital landscape with a track record of driving user growth and engagement is a must.
- · Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- · Experience with A/B testing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and PPC campaigns.
- · Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- · Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- · Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- · Organizational skills and attention to detail

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to acommencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
· If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
o A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
o Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
o HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
o Financial background check
o Employment reference check
· If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled
